Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Windows

  • United States: 30 days from date of delivery for returns.
  • European Union: You have the statutory 14‑day right to cancel; KIASLORE extends a 30‑day return window as a courtesy (EU customers may rely on the 14‑day statutory right if preferred).
  • Other regions: Returns may be accepted depending on local logistics and applicable laws — You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected].

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following standards:

  • Condition: Items must be brand-new and unused, with absolutely no signs of wear, handling marks, sharpening, damage, modification, or repair. We do not accept used merchandise.
  • Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories, and must be in a fully resaleable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
  • Non-returnable items: custom/personalized goods, consumables, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, and gift cards. If unsure, contact support before purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How to Request a Return (RMA):

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos. For claims regarding defects, damage, or incorrect items, you must include clear photos and a short video demonstrating the issue.
  2. Authorization (RMA): All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not ship items back until you have received explicit approval. Any items sent without prior authorization will be refused.
  3. Timeline: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions. Please note that the RMA is valid for 7 calendar days; items must be shipped back within this window, or the authorization will be voided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Quality issues (defect, damaged on arrival, wrong item): KIASLORE will cover reasonable return shipping costs for verified quality claims. After RMA approval we will provide a prepaid return label for domestic (US) returns where applicable. International prepaid labels are not normally provided.
  • Non-quality reasons (change of mind, ordered incorrectly): Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may use USPS or any carrier you choose; please use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
  • International returns: International transportation is relatively complex. If you want to return knives, you need to charge of all the return fee. In addition, you need to find a logistics company to return the products.

Free‑shipping orders

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, a flat fee of US$5 will be deducted from your refund to cover our original shipping costs.

Inspection & Refunds

  • After your return arrives, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for banks/payment providers to post the refund.
  • If a returned item is received not in its original condition (used, missing accessories, or damaged), additional charges may apply or the refund may be refused; any deduction will be itemised in the inspection notice.

Replacement / Exchange

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Tracking, Insurance & Risk of Loss

  • Please ship returns using a tracked service and keep the tracking number until refund completion. For high‑value returns, please purchase shipping insurance; KIASLORE is not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking or insurance.

Refund Currency & Fees

  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency. Any conversion differences, bank fees or card provider charges are outside KIASLORE’ control and may affect the amount received.

Refunds Not Received

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If you do not receive your refund after approval, first check with your bank/payment provider. If still missing, contact [email protected] with your order number and the approval reference.
